Axion is a trading name of Axion Edge Solution (Registration Number CT0149628A/202503112992), operating from Malaysia. This policy applies to axion-website.vercel.app and to any information shared with us through WhatsApp, email, or consultation.
What information we collect
When you contact us through the website, email, or WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to share. Typically this includes your name, contact details, business name, and a description of what you’re trying to finance.
If we move forward to an engagement, we will also request business documents relevant to the financing — company registration documents, financial statements, bank statements, CCRIS records, and identification of directors and shareholders. We only ask for what is genuinely needed for the case.
The website itself uses standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and basic analytics. We do not run third-party behavioural advertising trackers.
How we use your information
We use your information to advise you on financing options, to assess suitability with specific banks or schemes, to prepare application materials where you’ve engaged us for that work, and to communicate with you about your case.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Where it’s necessary to share documents with a bank for your application, we do so only with your explicit instruction.
How we store and protect your information
We retain client documents only as long as necessary for the engagement and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. We use standard business-grade tools to store records. We treat CCRIS data, bank statements, and financial statements with the confidentiality that our banking background demands.
Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent to our processing, and request deletion of your data (subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements).
